About Limitless Agency
Limitless Agency is a coaching and build program for digital marketing agency owners. Our clients run their own agencies, usually doing $40,000 to $100,000 a month, and they come to us stuck: lead flow is inconsistent, they're the bottleneck in their own business, and what they've built isn't sellable.
We fix that over a 16-week engagement, rebuilding their acquisition system with them — ads, funnels, pipelines, automations, copy, and sales scripts — through weekly live implementation calls, a private Slack with the founders, and quarterly workshops in Tampa. Both founders have built and scaled agencies of their own (one of them sold), and we've installed these systems in over 250 agencies, more than 50 of which have passed $100,000 a month.
The Opportunity
Two things in this business need copy, and this seat owns both:
- Client copy. Part of what our clients pay for is done-for-you ad copy. They come to us with an offer and a market, and we hand them the ads that sell it — across verticals like HVAC companies, gyms, med spas, roofers, and law firms.
- Our own copy. Paid ads are the entire front end of this business. Every new client comes from a Meta ad. Right now, one founder writes all of them — that's the constraint this seat grows into solving.
Video ads are what move the needle in this market. Static and image ads have their place, but scripts are what produce results, for our clients and for us — that's where most of your time goes, and it's what we judge the work on.
Writing for spoken video is its own skill. A script that reads well on the page but sounds wrong out loud is a failed script. It has to sound like a person talking, in the voice of whoever's on camera, with a hook that earns the next three seconds and a structure that holds attention to the CTA. You'll also bring the creative direction with it — scene direction, on-screen text, props, formats, and cuts — so the person filming knows how to shoot it, not just read it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You'll Do
Client work comes in fixed packages, and only one part of each package is real writing work: you write three video ad scripts, and everything else is built from them using our templates and tools.
- Write three video ad scripts per client package — this is the core of the work
- Convert each script into Facebook primary text
- Write three headlines per package
- Adapt above-the-fold landing page copy using existing templates
- Write a booking confirmation video script using existing templates
Once the three scripts are right, the rest of the package comes together quickly — you're writing three scripts well, then running a process we've already built and proven. A weak script doesn't cost you one asset; it costs the whole package, since everything downstream inherits it.
The Volume, Up Front
We produce 30 to 40 client packages a month — roughly 90 to 120 video scripts, plus everything derived from them, across constantly changing niches. We've built the business so no one has to grind that out by hand. You'll have a library of proven scripts that have already produced results, client intake surveys, templates for every asset in the package, and a stack of AI tools and autonomous agents wired into our systems that pull buyer language from sales calls, surface objections clients are actually raising, and hand you research that would otherwise take days. The leverage is already built — we need someone who uses it and still ships work that's genuinely good.
Where This Seat Goes
Client copy is the majority of the work, and at the start it's close to all of it — that's the job you're hired to do, and it doesn't go away. Once you're delivering it at a high standard, you'll scale into writing Limitless's own B2B ad scripts alongside the founders, with the possibility of helping with founder YouTube scripts down the line. There's no fixed waiting period — how fast this happens comes down to the quality of your client work.

How We Move
- Turnaround is measured in days, not weeks. We rarely set deadlines — we pay attention to how fast right happens.
- You're responsive inside the working day.
- You take feedback fast and without ego. Copy gets changed, some gets killed — that's normal here and not personal.
- You learn new verticals fast, writing for markets you've never touched and making it sound like you know them.
- We expect you to use AI as leverage, not as a ghostwriter. We can tell the difference between a writer using AI as a tool and AI using a writer as a delivery mechanism, and so can our clients.
What Success Looks Like
- Every client package delivered on time, every month, without anyone chasing you
- Clients filming your scripts instead of rewriting them
- A production process that's faster in month six than it was in month one
- Enough headroom to take on Limitless's own ads without the client work slipping
- Longer term, owning our paid creative
What We're Looking For
- You're a direct response writer who thinks in awareness levels, mechanisms, and offers — not vibes.
- You've written spoken video scripts for cold paid traffic and have seen them either work or not work.
- You can learn a new vertical quickly and write convincingly for markets you've never worked in before.
- You're responsive inside the working day and can turn work around in days, not weeks.
- You take feedback quickly and without ego.
- You use AI as a tool to work faster and smarter — not as a substitute for your own writing.
- You have a portfolio that includes at least one spoken video script, along with what it achieved.
