An excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join an established legal team within a highly respected professional organisation in the East Midlands. You will manage your own employment caseload, advise senior professionals and undertake advocacy before tribunals, regulatory bodies and courts.

Description
The In House Employment Solicitor will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of employment tribunal, regulatory and related matters
- Providing practical employment law advice to members, senior stakeholders and colleagues
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, settlement agreements and other legal documents
- Representing members before employment tribunals, regulatory bodies, courts and other hearings
- Working with external solicitors and barristers while delivering legal training and presentations where required

Profile
The In House Employment Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with strong employment law experience
- Experienced in managing employment disputes and tribunal proceedings
- Comfortable undertaking advocacy and representing clients at hearings
- Able to provide clear, practical advice to senior professionals on sensitive and complex matters
- A strong communicator with excellent judgement, organisation and stakeholder management skills
Job Offer
This is an immediate opportunity to join a highly regarded in house legal team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role offers a salary of £50,000 alongside hybrid working, with a combination of home and office working.
