Key Responsibilities ‘A Day in your Work Life’
- Personally deliver classes across London & Collection clubs with the uniqueness that’s given you a following.
- Receive 1-to-1 coaching and feedback through quality assurance assessments.
- Deliver signature programme in VA brand wear or uniform.
- Deliver training for specialized areas (once in role at least 3–6 months).
- Assist Head of Exercise Experience with quality assurance and live assessments when necessary.
- Partner with Head of Exercise Experience to give team members coaching and performance feedback when appropriate.
- Contribute to programming development and refreshes.
- Partner with Head Office, Regional Group Exercise Managers and club teams on Public Relations and Marketing strategies.
- Establish and manage your social media profile in accordance with company guidelines and policy.

What success looks like (Key Accountabilities and KPIs)
- You have your Level 3 in Fitness (or recognised instructor qualification), your first aid and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
- Maintain minimum 75% class occupancy.
- Score 80% or better in quality assurance assessment.
Pay Range
£21.73—£21.73 GBP
