In House Litigation Manager
We are looking for an experienced Litigator to join an established In House legal team based in Gloucestershire.
This is a newly created position and as subject matter expert you will work closely with the General Counsel on a wide range of matters.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Litigation & Dispute management
- Conduct of Proceedings
- External panel management
- Cost management & reporting
- Internal stakeholder management
- Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Debt recovery (BTB)
- Employment and general commercial litigation

Person
- Minimum 6+ years’ litigation, dispute resolution and/or debt recovery experience.
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court processes.
- Experience managing litigation matters through all stages of the dispute lifecycle.
- Experience drafting litigation-related correspondence and legal documents.
- Strong organisational, administrative and project management skills.
- Experience managing external legal advisers and controlling legal spend.
- Ability to work independently whilst exercising appropriate judgment.

Situated in Gloucestershire close to M5
1-2 days office presence
This role can be full time or part time (4 or 5 days)
