Inhouse Partnership Tax Specialist - US Law Firm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced tax professional to join a leading international organisation. Working as part of a global tax team, you will take responsibility for managing tax compliance across the EMEA region, supporting partnership and corporate tax matters, advising senior stakeholders and helping drive tax governance and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of EMEA tax compliance, including partnership and corporate tax returns, tax computations and partner reporting.
- Maintain tax compliance calendars and ensure all filing obligations are met.
- Support transfer pricing documentation and related projects.
- Advise on UK partnership tax and international tax matters.
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, finance teams and external advisers.
- Manage tax risk and strengthen governance processes.
- Mentor and develop junior tax team members.
- Drive continuous improvement and technology-led efficiencies within the tax function.

About You
- ACA, CTA, ATT or equivalent qualified.
- At least five years' experience in tax, accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of UK partnership taxation.
- Experience of international tax and transfer pricing issues.
- Track record of managing complex tax compliance projects.
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and external advisers.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
- Commercial, proactive and collaborative approach.
