In-House Pensions & Benefits Manager (Ref: 133332)

Hybrid, Berkshire offices 3 days per week

Highly varied opportunity with this global industry-leader, as you lead delivery, governance, and development of pension and benefit programmes across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead management and development of UK & Ireland pension and benefits programmes
  • Oversee DB and DC schemes, governance, compliance, and auto-enrolment requirements
  • Manage relationships with trustees, consultants, insurers, and other external partners
  • Deliver benefit renewals, communications, employee education, and engagement initiatives
  • Drive process improvements, data insights, and operational excellence across benefits administration

About you

  • Draw on extensive DB & DC pensions and benefits experience, gained in consultancy and/or in-house
  • Up to date knowledge of pension legislation, benefit compliance and developing market landscape
  • Proven stakeholder management, project delivery, and vendor management experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
