In-house Pensions Operations & Projects Manager, remote working (ref: 136006)
Remote working, London offices adhoc basis.
Lead a busy in-house pensions function for a large, established organisation. This is a senior role with responsibility for pension administration, pensioner payroll, regulatory projects and team leadership.
About the role
- Lead and develop a specialist pensions administration team
- Oversee pension administration and monthly pensioner payroll operations
- Act as the technical expert for complex pensions and member queries
- Deliver key projects including de-risking exercises
- Drive process improvements, governance, controls and regulatory compliance

About you
- Strong pensions administration experience with leadership responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of DB and DC pension schemes and pensioner payroll
- Technically strong with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service
