The role will form part of a small, but mighty HR and Recruitment team, and be responsible for providing end to end recruitment for a specific set of business stakeholders.

We are seeking a talented In House Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual who is passionate about finding the right talent to help drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, fit and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate and participate in face to face interviews with candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
  • Support wider HR team with onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
  • Build candidate pipelines
  • Creating and reviewing job adverts
  • Weekly Teams meetings with hiring managers to provide regular recruitment updates
  • Provide regular Market data updates and benchmarking information
  • Assisting the Senior Recruiter with delivering recruitment training to hiring managers

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven work experience as an In House Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques, and bringing new ideas for new solutions to meet business needs
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, and a thorough understanding of employment law and compliance with relevant regulations (i.e GDPR) in recruitment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience of hiring field and office-based employees
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
