About Us

2Excel is a high-performance aviation services business that specialises in doing difficult things well. We have experienced significant growth since inception and that vector shows no sign of slowing down. Spread over multiple sites, engaging in a wide variety of activities including search and rescue, charter, capability development and aircraft maintenance, our people are at the heart of our business and, therefore, our priority. As such, recruitment is high on the agenda and we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our friendly HR team to support our continued growth.

About The Role

We want to showcase ourselves as an Employer of Choice, attracting the very best candidates to fill our vacancies and giving them a great experience from the very first moment they contact us. You will take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, from beginning to end including but not limited to:

  • Placing adverts and utilising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Working closely with line managers to understand their requirements and choosing the best method to fill their roles, including headhunting candidates to fill our difficult roles.
  • Creating appropriate recruitment policies and procedures using best practice and providing training for our line managers on them.
  • Devising a recruitment plan to ensure we are promoted as an employer of choice, targeting the right audience and attending the career fairs.
  • Supporting managers to conduct interviews.
  • Ensuring our recruitment practices are legally compliant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
