In-house Recruitment Consultant

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid, 4 days per week in the office)
Employment Type: Permanent to start as soon as possible
Experience: Recent graduate or up to 1 year's professional experience

Please note: This is a hybrid role based in our London office, with an expectation of working in the office four days per week.


About the Role

We're looking for two ambitious graduates to join our growing Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in recruitment with a global leader in Data, AI and Analytics, supporting the hiring of world-class Technology, Data and AI professionals.

You'll work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while building valuable commercial, stakeholder management and recruitment skills. This role offers a structured development pathway with the opportunity to fast-track your career into a Talent Acquisition Specialist position.


What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll play an important role in supporting the recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting recruiters with the end-to-end recruitment process across Technology, Data and AI vacancies.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
  • Building and maintaining talent pools and LinkedIn projects for future hiring needs.
  • Screening CVs and supporting candidate shortlisting.
  • Coordinating interviews and managing interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
  • Supporting the preparation and release of employment offers.
  • Assisting with onboarding activities to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Supporting the administration and management of contractor onboarding, including Limited Company and Umbrella workers.
  • Supporting recruitment administration, reporting, tracker management and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets.
  • Keeping candidate information up to date within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Using AI tools to improve sourcing, administration and recruitment efficiency.
  • Delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and genuinely excited about building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • A recent degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration.
  • A genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and talent search.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for organisation and administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, develop and continuously improve.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • An interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies to improve productivity.
