Full-time or Part-time In-House Recruitment Coordinator

37.5 hours per week, Part-time or Full-time

Hybrid working

Full UK Manual Driving licence essential

Salary £26, 705 pro-rata

At Bethphage, we're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive In-house Recruitment Coordinator to help attract exceptional individuals who share our values and commitment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our organisation by identifying talent, building relationships and supporting hiring managers to recruit the very best people.

Key responsibilities

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will:

  • Demonstrate and champion Bethphage's values as the first point of contact for prospective candidates.
  • Promote Bethphage as an employer of choice at external events (Careers events, schools, colleges, DWP).
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract talented Support Workers and other key roles across the organisation.
  • Create captivating job adverts for job boards, social media and other recruitment channels.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and agencies, ensuring an excellent experience.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to maintain a positive recruitment process.
  • Produce information for the board, maintain accurate tracking and recruitment statistics.
  • Ensure all processes are cost effective.
  • Provide administrative support to HR team and wider organisation.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in recruitment and/or HR, talent acquisition, care sector.
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate others & build positive working relationships.
  • Confident in using ATS and other systems.
  • Commitment to a Positive Behaviour Organisation and its culture.
