In house Residential Conveyancer

Kingston upon Thames area

£45,000 basic salary, OTE £70,000

Full time, two days working from home

Market leading independent agency

The opportunity

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a market leading independent agency in an in house capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants the variety and commercial exposure of working directly within a thriving estate agency business, rather than in a traditional private practice environment.

Offering a £45,000 basic salary with commission and an OTE of £70,000, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the legal side of residential property but would like to work within a more commercial, fast paced environment.

The role

You will provide in house legal support across the agency's residential property transactions, working closely with the sales team to keep deals progressing smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing in house legal advice and support across residential sales
  • Managing conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising closely with agents, clients, lenders and other third parties to keep transactions on track
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts, leases and related documentation
  • Identifying and managing legal risk across the agency's transactions
  • Contributing to the commercial growth of the business through efficient, client focused legal support

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
