The Role:

We are seeking an In-house Sales Manager to lead our UK partner network management and elevate sell‑in performance, spearhead the transformation of our order management team. Based locally, you will act as the key bridge between our commercial strategy and operational execution. A core part of this role is to assist in optimizing the workflows and efficiency of the local Order Team, ensuring seamless processes from order intake to delivery, and delivering measurable improvements in sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Own relationships with our partners; manage sales, procurement, and inventory balance to optimise sell-through.
  • Sell-in Execution: Drive partner performance through business reviews, sales forecasting, incentive planning, and policy support.
  • Lead Management: Allocate and grade sales leads; build a tiered follow-up process to maximise conversion.
  • Process Optimisation: Lead the UK Order Team in optimising end-to-end workflows (order intake through to delivery) and play a key role in upskilling the In-house Sales team, ensuring continuous process & sales results improvement.
  • Channel Enablement: Collaborate with partners to execute flexible go-to-market initiatives, including promotions, joint marketing campaigns, etc. In order to drive measurable sales growth.
  • Commercial Control: Monitor receivables and partner compliance; work closely with Finance to improve collection efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales operations and channel management.
  • Hands-on leadership of order teams and a proven track record in improving team efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of order-to-cash and international trade processes.
  • Proven ability to manage partners and coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills; comfortable driving process improvements.
