In-House Fund Tax Senior Manager
Credit
London - Hybrid
£120-160,000 + Bonus + Package
We are supporting an Investment Manager looking to add to their current tax team. This role reports directly into the Head of Tax.
We are looking for strong knowledge of the Credit space as this role has a majority focus on the firms credit investments. You'll also cover other asset classes.
Ideally, candidates will come with prior in-house experience. That being said, we are also open to those moving in-house for the first time.

The role:
- Provide strategic international tax advice across a diverse range of fund investments, including credit, digital assets, and private markets transactions.
- Support the launch of new funds, investment strategies, and business initiatives, advising on fund structuring and cross-border tax implications.
- Act as a key tax partner to investment, legal, and operational teams, delivering commercially focused transaction and structuring advice.
- Lead fund and investor tax matters, including documentation, reporting requirements, and stakeholder management.
- Monitor global tax developments, manage complex projects, and mentor junior members of the tax team.

What we are looking for:
- Big 4/Law firm trained/qualified
- Strong experience within asset management, alternative investments, private funds
- Experience advising on fund structures and cross-border investment transactions.
