Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented In-House Solicitor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing airline passenger compensation claims under EU Regulation 261/2004 (EC261) and UK261. You will lead the litigation process, from preparing and issuing claims to conducting court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting comprehensive legal documentation and pleadings.
- Developing and executing effective litigation strategies.
- Ensuring full compliance with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Managing complex disputes with airline entities.
- Providing strategic legal support across various business functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid, current practising certificate.
- Proven experience in conducting civil litigation and managing claims through UK courts.
- Expert-level knowledge of EU Regulation 261/2004 (EC261), UK261, and Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution capabilities.
- Superior analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while effectively managing competing priorities.
- Previous experience in aviation law, consumer rights, or high-volume litigation is highly advantageous.
