We are a small, dedicated full-time team who pride ourselves on delivering high-quality imagery across e-commerce and creative projects. The Role
We are looking for a talented and highly organised In-House Stylist to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role owning the styling for our flat lay and still life studio, including sample management and studio organisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment.

- Styling across all clothing & accessories still life shoots including pinned, mannequin, and overhead as well as creative still life
- Organising rails/samples in the model studio to ensure teams are clear on what needs to be shot as well as packing down ready for collection
- Preparing and pinning garments and accessories to a high visual standard
- Managing all clothing and products entering and leaving the studio, ensuring product is returned how it arrived
- Maintaining organisation of styling areas, rails, and samples
- Working closely with photographers, digis, and the studio manager to ensure a smooth workflow
- Upholding brand guidelines and adapting styling to suit different client needs
- Problem-solving on set and maintaining consistency across high-volume shoots
Requirements
- Experience with pinning or styling in a studio environment preferred (in-house training available)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Strong interpersonal skills – a true team player with a friendly, approachable manner
