What will your day look like:
- Engaging Communication: You’ll connect with customers, contractors, and insurer clients via phone, email, and written correspondence. Your friendly approach will make a difference!
- Claim Wizardry: Assess the overall validity of claims and create meticulous schedules of works. Imagine restoring properties to their original splendor!
- Repair Maestro: Utilize our in-house schedule of rates to update building repair scopes. You’ll evaluate contractor estimates like a seasoned pro.
- Negotiation: Picture yourself skilfully negotiating cash settlements for repairs with policyholders. You’ve got this!
- Contractor Choreographer: Manage panel contractors, ensuring repair schedules and costs dance harmoniously.
- Claims Whisperer: Settle claims under delegating authority. Your expertise will make a real impact.
