At Four Seasons, in room dining is a key part of the guest experience, combining exceptional food, personalised service, and attention to detail in the comfort of our guests' rooms and suites.
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
The role
As In Room Dining Coordinator, you will play a central role in the smooth operation of In Room Dining, acting as the main point of contact for guest orders, requests, and enquiries.

You will be responsible for coordinating orders, supporting communication between the kitchen and service teams, and ensuring every guest receives the thoughtful, seamless service for which Four Seasons is known.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast paced luxury hospitality environment.
What you will do
- Receive and process In Room Dining orders via telephone and digital platforms with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide guests with knowledgeable recommendations on menus, beverages, and daily specials
- Coordinate orders with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Manage guest requests and special requirements with care and attention to detail
- Handle guest enquiries professionally and support service recovery where required
- Maintain accurate order records and billing procedures
- Communicate effectively with operational departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Uphold Four Seasons service standards and contribute to high levels of guest satisfaction
What we are looking for
- Previous experience within Food and Beverage, In Room Dining, Reservations, or a guest service role
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Professional and guest focused approach
- Confidence using hotel systems and technology
- Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to Work in the UK
What to expect
- 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave
- Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
- Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
- Flexibility required across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
