About the Role
As an In Room Dining Waiter, you will bring exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests, transforming each room service delivery into a thoughtful and memorable moment. More than simply delivering food and beverages, you will embody Relationship Hospitality, building genuine connections through warm, intuitive service, attention to detail, and a passion for creating personalised experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, professionally, and with meticulous attention to presentation, ensuring every delivery meets the highest luxury hospitality standards.
- Create meaningful guest interactions, confidently answering questions, accommodating preferences, and responding proactively to requests with genuine warmth and care.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, allergens, ingredients, and hotel offerings, enabling you to provide informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, In Room Dining Coordinator, and wider hotel teams to ensure orders are executed seamlessly and guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Take ownership of every order by ensuring accuracy, quality, temperature, and presentation before delivery, while resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
