Represent a leading pioneer in audio technology within a John Lewis & Partners store.

What you’ll be doing
- Approaching and engaging customers in a warm, confident and helpful way.
- Asking questions to understand customers’ needs, preferences and budgets.
- Demonstrating Shokz products and bringing their features and benefits to life.
- Explaining technical information in a simple, accessible and relevant way.
- Comparing products and recommending the most suitable option for each customer.
- Supporting customers through their buying decision without using a high-pressure sales approach.
- Working towards agreed sales, demonstration and customer-engagement targets.
- Building positive working relationships with John Lewis colleagues and store management.
- Ensuring the Shokz display remains presentable, fully operational and consistent with brand standards.
- Keeping your product knowledge current throughout the campaign.
- Sharing customer feedback, sales activity and competitor insights with the campaign team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
