Retail In-Store Marketing Manager
Location: Willenhall (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
We're looking for a Retail In-Store Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaigns, point-of-sale activity and customer activations across a multi-site retail estate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines creative thinking with strong commercial awareness, bringing campaigns to life in-store while making a measurable impact on customer engagement and sales.
The Role
You'll lead the planning and delivery of in-store marketing campaigns, working closely with commercial, category, operational and creative teams to ensure activity is engaging, commercially effective and delivered seamlessly. From seasonal campaigns and promotional activity to new store openings and customer activations, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers experience the brand in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver in-store marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, seasonal opportunities and category priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end point-of-sale process, from creative briefing and development through to production, implementation and evaluation.
- Coordinate signage, merchandising, promotional materials and retail communications across multiple sites.
- Work collaboratively with commercial and operational teams to support key trading periods, promotions and product launches.
- Brief creative teams to develop impactful visual materials that influence customer behaviour and drive sales.
- Manage relationships with print agencies, suppliers and external creative partners, ensuring effective delivery and value.
- Support new store openings and the rollout of permanent and promotional point-of-sale materials.
- Develop customer-focused activations, including experiential marketing, sampling and loyalty initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance, sales data and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activity and retail trends, bringing forward new ideas to improve the in-store experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign planning, processes and execution.

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in retail marketing, in-store campaigns or point-of-sale management. You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in retail marketing and point-of-sale activity.
- A strong understanding of customer behaviour and retail marketing principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Creative judgement and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners.
- The ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
