Role: In-Store Marketing Manager (Brand & Campaign) - 12 month FTC
Reports to: Head of Brand Marketing & Communications
Location: Based in the Leeds Commercial Office
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: Up to £42,000 depending on experience
About the Role
We’re looking for an In-Store Marketing Manager who understands the customer journey and the role the physical environment plays in building brand preference, who can take a strategic campaign idea and translate it into an engaging experience across our stores. You’ll be a key partner to the wider marketing, creative and commercial teams, ensuring our campaigns land brilliantly at the point of customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Bring the Magnet brand and campaigns to life in-store.
- Own the in-store marketing and customer experience plan.
- Translate wider campaigns into engaging showroom experiences.
- Brief and manage creative assets, including POS and brochures.
- Protect brand standards and ensure consistent customer experiences.
- Create clear toolkits and guidance for store teams.
- Lead local marketing activity, events, and key brand moments.
- Support new store openings, refreshes, and showroom initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across Operations, Commercial, Design, Product, and Store teams.
- Identify improvements, manage projects and budgets, and use insights to continually enhance the in-store experience.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in retail, customer experience, brand, or shopper marketing.
- Understanding of physical customer experiences and brand strategy.
- Experience managing campaigns from brief through to execution.
- Excellent creative briefing and agency management skills.
- Strong eye for brand quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management across marketing, commercial, and operations.
- Experience delivering local events, activations, or customer experiences.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on customer and business performance.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and always looking to improve how things work.
