We are immediately hiring for Inbound Call Centre Representatives to join our team of incredible people!

Directors' Choice is accepting applications for Inbound Call Centre Representatives in Dartmouth, servicing a large client base. We are looking for motivated and performance-driven people to fill these unique and important positions!

We provide professional inbound communication services, acting as the frontline for our clients. Our team specializes in high stakes call handling, including greeting callers, documenting essential details, and ensuring critical information reaches the right personnel through precise routing and emergency paging. Given our extensive work with funeral homes, we seek team members who balance technical precision, prioritize accuracy and detail, all while with deep empathy and compassion.

The Essential Duties of our Representatives are:

  • Obtain customer information by answering telephone calls, interviewing callers and verifying information.
  • Document all necessary and needed information.
  • Follow all required processes and procedures.
  • Attend and successfully complete required Call Center training.

The Skills and Qualifications we look for are:

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills specifically: spelling, grammar and diction.
  • Use professional phone voice communicating customer care and concern.
  • Demonstrated active-listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.
  • Demonstrated accurate and fast typing skills.
  • Use PC/computer skills in the Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.

Compensation:

  • $18.50/hr per hour

Shifts:

  • Full Time
  • Training is 3 weeks - Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm AST
  • You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays
