Customer Support & Technical Solutions Advisor

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Customers with Billing & Technical Queries

  • You'll handle a variety of customer contacts, resolving billing questions, payment enquiries, account discrepancies, and technical issues efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

  • By actively listening, showing empathy, and communicating clearly, you'll help customers feel supported, valued, and confident that their concerns are being resolved.

Problem Solving & First Contact Resolution

  • You'll diagnose issues, investigate customer concerns, and provide effective solutions wherever possible during the first interaction. Whether addressing a billing discrepancy or guiding a customer through a technical issue, you'll focus on delivering prompt, accurate resolutions.

Payment Processing & Account Support

  • Assist customers with secure payment processing over the phone and provide support with account-related enquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.

What's In It For You?

Pay & Hours

  • Permanent 40-hour contract
  • 5 days out of 7 between 8:00am and 9:00pm
  • Location: Horsfield Way, Bredbury Industrial Estate, SK6 2SU
  • Annual salary: £26,520
  • Bonus opportunity of up to £250 per month
