Inbound calls dealing with customer enquiries
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care and support? Join us at Concentrix, where you'll play a vital role in assisting our customers with a wide range of inquiries in regards to their utilities, from a simple query to support an address change, to possible billing issues you will be the first point of call for all customer queries, ensuring each customer interaction enhances their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Queries & Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve a variety of customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and understanding in all communications. Whether it's updating an address or resolving a billing issue, your ability to simplify complex information is crucial.
- Customer Service & Communication: Employ effective listening and empathy to understand customer concerns. Your strong communication skills will help articulate solutions, fostering trust and ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage complaints promptly and implement solutions to enhance customer loyalty.
- Billing Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, ensuring transactions and adjustments are handled accurately and securely.
- Adaptability & Efficiency: Thrive in a dynamic environment where adapting to different customer needs is essential. Your resilience under pressure ensures you consistently meet support targets.

Qualifications
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who excel at resolving a variety of customer queries while maintaining a strong focus on customer care. Ideal candidates are comfortable in target-driven environments and prioritize customer satisfaction. Key skills include:
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional support by efficiently managing systems to address customer issues on the first call.
- Communication: Engage with customers through insightful questions to understand their needs and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Problem-Solving & Resilience: Quickly diagnose issues with attention to detail, maintaining patience and composure in dynamic environments.
- Adaptability & Versatility: Connect with diverse customer profiles to ensure a tailored and positive experience.
