Role Overview

This role leads the governance, control, and visibility of international inbound freight and customs compliance across a growing overseas warehouse network. Working across markets including Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, and Poland, the role ensures goods move efficiently, compliantly, and on time, while providing the insight needed to drive informed operational and commercial decisions. By translating complex shipment, purchase order, and customs data into clear actions, risks, and performance indicators, this role supports stronger stock flow, enhanced compliance, and the successful delivery of the wider international supply chain transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the reporting and analysis of inbound stock movements, identifying risks, trends, and actions to protect availability across international markets.
  • Monitor shipment and purchase order milestones, ensuring timely updates, visibility, and compliance throughout the inbound journey.
  • Drive customs compliance governance across the overseas warehouse network, proactively managing risks and supporting regulatory adherence.
  • Produce clear performance reporting and insights, enabling operational and commercial teams to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with International Freight Operations and key stakeholders to resolve issues, improve data quality, and optimise stock flow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
