Keep production moving through effective supply chain coordination
Role Overview
Play a vital role in ensuring our production teams have the ingredients and packaging they need to operate efficiently and deliver for our customers.
Reporting to the Inbound Supply Chain Manager, you'll work closely with suppliers and colleagues across Supply Chain, Planning and Production to manage stock levels, resolve supply challenges and support business change activities. This is a varied role that offers excellent exposure to the end-to-end supply chain while giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance.
Key Duties
- Ensure ingredients and packaging are available in line with production requirements and schedules.
- Build effective relationships with suppliers to ensure orders and deliveries are completed on time.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels in line with agreed targets.
- Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Planning and Production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate change management activities, ensuring accurate ordering while minimising waste.
- Identify and escalate potential supply risks that could impact production.
- Support the timely resolution of invoice and supplier queries.
- Contribute to projects, product launches and de-list activities to ensure smooth supply chain execution.

Ideal Candidate
- An organised and detail-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator, comfortable working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experienced in supply chain, procurement, planning or a similar business function, or looking to build on existing experience in these areas.
- Proactive and solutions-focused when resolving challenges.
- Comfortable adapting to change and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- A team player who is committed to achieving objectives and delivering results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong administrative and analytical skills.
