ATM Group Sales Team Expansion
ATM Group is expanding our Sales team and we're looking for confident, target-driven Outbound / Inbound Sales Agents who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving outstanding sales results.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you'll engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right utility solutions, including broadband, mobile, gas, and electricity. What You'll Be Doing
As an Outbound / Inbound Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional advice while converting enquiries into successful sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional and confident manner.
- Building rapport with customers and identifying their individual needs.
- Recommending the most suitable broadband, mobile, gas and electricity products.
- Explaining product features, pricing, packages and promotions clearly and accurately.
- Converting customer enquiries into successful sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Processing customer orders accurately and maintaining up-to-date CRM records.
- Handling customer objections confidently and professionally.
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensuring all customer interactions comply with company policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to continuously improve campaign performance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who enjoy speaking to customers, thrive in a target-driven environment, and are motivated by achieving results.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's Outbound and/or Inbound Sales experience.
- Previous contact centre or telephone sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Target-driven with a resilient and self-motivated attitude.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Advantageous
- Experience selling utilities, telecommunications, broadband, mobile, insurance or similar products.
- Experience working within a KPI-driven contact centre.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Working Hours
This role operates on a rotational shift basis.
- Monday to Sunday
- Rotating shifts between 08:00 – 20:00
- Five working days followed by two consecutive days off
- Weekend and public holiday shifts form part of the roster.
