Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our growing fuel card team. We offer a generous commission structure along with exceptional opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

The role of an Inbound Sales Advisor is important to us. You will be responsible for working warm paid for leads by the business, utilising outbound calls into the warm leads to generate business for the company. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Our fuel division is where the company started over 30 years ago selling diesel to trucking customers under the UK Fuels brand. The business now spans across 18 countries and is one of the largest resellers for many of the World’s major oil companies as well as having an extensive own brand network throughout Europe.

Our customers include nearly every type of business from very small SMEs to major Truck, Van and Car fleets and everything in between. Our extensive card options mean that users can choose the best network and pricing options to suit their needs.

What would your day to day look like?

  • Contact Inbound leads in an quick and efficient fashion to inform future customers of Radius Fuel Cards utilising pre-determined sales scripts and templates.
  • Supporting customers through the sales process from credit applications, activations and helping them to get up and running with their Fuel Card.
  • Answer questions about Radius and the products and services that we offer.
  • Upsell Radius products into our other Radius divisions.
  • Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
  • Use your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
