Job Title: Inbound Sales Advisor

Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team. You will handle customer enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotations and support customers through the enquiry process while delivering excellent customer service and working to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries by phone, email and online
  • Provide clear and accurate product information
  • Prepare and explain quotations
  • Follow up warm enquiries and support the customer journey
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Work towards individual and team targets
  • Escalate complex queries where appropriate
  • Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity to join an established and supportive business.
