Job Description

Join our team at Concentrix, supporting a leading telecommunications provider.

Are you a sales-driven professional passionate about delivering top-notch customer service? Join our team at Concentrix, supporting a leading telecommunications provider, where your key responsibility will be to manage inbound calls from customers nearing the end of their contracts. Your focus will be on retaining their business by facilitating new contract signings and enhancing their service by identifying sales opportunities and upselling products that align with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Retention: Deliver exceptional support by addressing customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction while discussing contract renewals. Utilize your skills to retain business and foster long-term customer relationships effectively.
  • Sales Opportunities: Leverage effective questioning techniques to thoroughly understand customer needs. Use these insights to recommend additional products or features that align with their goals, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Target-Driven Environment: Excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where curiosity, resilience, and resourcefulness are key. Collect detailed information and swiftly provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

We're looking for sales-oriented individuals who excel in building strong customer relationships and expertly aligning product offerings with customer needs for successful upselling. Ideal candidates have a background in sales or have thrived in target-driven environments. Key skills include:

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer support and efficiently navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Patience and resilience are essential to excel in this dynamic role.

  • Versatility in adapting to and connecting with a diverse range of customer profiles, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

You'll start with a comprehensive training program on our systems, products and features, followed by a supportive nesting period. After nesting, you'll receive ongoing on-the-job training and continuous support to promote your growth and development.
