About the Company
We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing Contact Centre team as an Inbound Sales Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in financial services with a company that rewards success, invests in its people, and offers genuine progression opportunities.
About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you'll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in our products. No cold calling, just quality conversations and the opportunity to turn enquiries into sales.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers who have already made an enquiry
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Build rapport and develop strong customer relationships
- Explain products clearly and confidently
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications
Financial services experience isn't required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Required Skills
- Target-driven and motivated by commission
- Confident communicators with excellent listening skills
- Passionate about providing great customer service
- Resilient, positive and eager to learn
- Experienced in sales, telesales, retail sales or contact centre environments (preferred but not essential)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, telesales, retail sales or contact centre environments (preferred but not essential)

Pay range and compensation package
- £26,220 Basic Salary
- Uncapped Commission (OTE £35,000+ in Year One)
- Monday to Friday working
- No weekends
- Warm inbound and outbound leads
- Fully paid training programme
