About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is looking for an experienced, self-directed Sales Development Representative to own the first stage of engagement across EMEA. You will manage and qualify inbound leads, event MQLs, and accounts showing meaningful engagement through our account-based programs.

This is not a purely reactive lead-response role. You will combine fast, consultative follow-up with thoughtful, proactive outreach to turn customer interest and buying signals into qualified meetings and pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers across EMEA, creating a fast, thoughtful, and credible first impression.
  • Respond rapidly to high-intent inbound inquiries, including demo requests, pricing requests, trials, contact forms, and other hand-raisers.
  • Own follow-up for event leads, adapting outreach based on the person, account, and engagement history.
  • Research and proactively engage targeted accounts that show meaningful engagement
  • Convert qualified interest into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Execute coordinated outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely activity, qualification notes, and account context in Salesforce.
  • Partner closely with EMEA Account Executives and with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and the global SDR organization to improve lead quality, routing, messaging, and conversion.
  • Share patterns and feedback from prospects so the broader team can improve campaigns, events, content, and the customer journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
