We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and award-winning organisation based in Warrington, providing specialist DNA, Drug and Alcohol testing services to the legal community, members of the public and companies across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you can play an important role in supporting its continued success while developing your sales career.

- Salary: £26,500 per annum + commission (OTE: £38,000)

Job responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls and responding to online enquiries, understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Conduct calls in line with company call quality framework
- Identifying and acting on selling, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintaining and developing a rapport with existing and new customers via telephone calls and online
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet / exceed company targets and personal KPIs
- Managing own pipeline of opportunities to close
- Responding to leads in a timely manner

What we are looking for:
- Driven, ambitious, with proven sales experience in telephone sales, in a fast-paced environment. Preferred minimum 3 years' experience
- Outstanding customer focus
- Accurate keyboard skills and previous experience of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- A professional telephone manner
- A target-driven, dynamic approach
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer care
- Ability to work on own initiative and also be an excellent team player
