Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 p.a. + uncapped commission

The Company
ER Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established and growing organisation that is expanding its successful sales function.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit Inbound Sales Executives to join a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales, customer retention or contact centre environments who enjoys converting opportunities into long-term customers.
Role & Responsibilities Of The Inbound Sales Executive
- Manage inbound customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Build rapport quickly and understand customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.
- Maximise every opportunity through upselling and cross-selling.
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.

About You As The Inbound Sales Executive
- Previous experience within sales, customer retention, inbound sales, telesales or customer service.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Positive, resilient and self-motivated.
- Able to identify sales opportunities and confidently overcome objections.
- Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
