At Your Leisure Inbound Salesperson

At Your Leisure is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional inbound salesperson to take ownership of the enquiries we generate from people considering holiday-home ownership.

This isn't a cold-calling role. Our customers have already made an enquiry. Your job is to understand what they're looking for, build rapport, identify the right opportunity and turn that initial interest into a qualified appointment at one of the holiday parks we work with.

We currently generate around 100 new sales enquiries every week through our websites, social media and third-party platforms. The opportunity is already there. We need someone brilliant at converting it.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond quickly to new enquiries and take ownership of the inbound sales pipeline.
  • Speak to prospective holiday-home owners by phone and WhatsApp.
  • Build rapport, ask the right questions and understand what customers are really looking for.
  • Qualify customers based on location, budget, timescale and requirements.
  • Match customers to the most appropriate holiday park and holiday home.
  • Book qualified appointments for customers to visit our parks.
  • Follow up persistently with customers who don't answer first time.
  • Re-engage older enquiries and identify opportunities within our existing database.
  • Use HubSpot engagement and lead-scoring signals proactively.
  • Keep accurate notes, next actions and customer information in HubSpot.
  • Work closely with our park-based sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Once you've booked the right customer onto the right park, our on-site sales team takes over the park visit and works with them towards a purchase. Your job is to make sure great opportunities don't disappear through the cracks.

The person we're looking for

Holiday-park experience is not essential. We're much more interested in whether you're genuinely good at sales.

  • Builds rapport with people extremely quickly.
  • Sounds natural on the phone rather than scripted or overly corporate.
  • Is commercially sharp and spots opportunities others might miss.
  • Asks good questions and listens properly to the answers.
  • Is persistent without becoming pushy.
  • Enjoys following up rather than just chasing the newest enquiry.
  • Looks for solutions when the obvious option doesn't work.
  • Is highly organised and comfortable managing a large pipeline.
  • Takes ownership of their numbers without needing to be chased.
  • Understands that keeping a CRM accurate is part of selling, not an administrative chore.

We're not necessarily looking for the most polished salesperson in the room. We're looking for someone warm, commercially switched-on and extremely motivated who customers enjoy talking to - and who quietly stays focused on moving the conversation forward.

About At Your Leisure

At Your Leisure works with independent holiday parks to deliver better branding, smarter marketing and a more human approach to holiday-home sales.

We generate and manage enquiries from customers looking to purchase static caravans and holiday lodges and help match them with the right park and holiday home.

We're growing, which means the number of opportunities coming into the business is growing too. We're now looking for someone who wants to take genuine ownership of that opportunity and help us build an exceptional sales operation.
