Inbound Travel Sales Executive (Polish Speaker) Needed!!
My client is looking for a commercially driven professional to join our Polish Team at Senior Executive level. You will own a portfolio of Polish and European travel trade accounts, building partnerships, converting enquiries into bookings, and growing revenue through outstanding service and product knowledge.
This is a dual role, part account manager, part quotations specialist. You will be the primary commercial contact for Polish-speaking clients, responsible for the full sales cycle from first enquiry to confirmed booking.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of Polish and European trade accounts as primary point of contact.
- Prepare accurate, competitive group and individual quotations covering accommodation, transport, guided tours, meals and ancillaries.
- Design creative itineraries for UK and European destinations tailored to Polish market preferences.
- Upsell added-value services to maximise revenue per booking.
- Follow up open quotes, negotiate rates and convert enquiries to confirmed bookings.
- Identify and convert new account opportunities through market knowledge and referrals.
- Liaise with hotels, transport operators and attraction partners to confirm availability and rates.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in our systems.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to support product development.

Requirements

Essential:
- Minimum 3 years in a travel sales, quotations or account management role.
- Fluency in Polish (native or near-native) and strong written/spoken English both essential.
- Proven experience producing detailed travel quotations and itineraries.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of travel margins and pricing.
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage a high volume of concurrent enquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or booking/reservation systems.
