Job Opportunity: Spanish-speaking Sales Executive
Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals?
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-growing fintech company helping small and medium-sized businesses access the funding they need to grow.
Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. Your experience, potential, and attitude may make you a great fit for the role.
About the Company
Our client is a leading fintech company focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses access flexible financial solutions. Through strong commercial partnerships and embedded finance solutions, the company supports merchants throughout different stages of their business lifecycle and continues to grow across international markets.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will manage your own pipeline and work directly with business owners to understand their funding needs, present the most suitable solution, and guide them through the process to completed funding.
A key advantage of the role is the company's partnership model, which generates a strong volume of qualified, warm inbound leads. This allows you to focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and converting opportunities rather than relying heavily on cold outreach.
You will also collaborate closely with internal teams across Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
