Digital Tonic are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing and commercially ambitious B2B business as they recruit an Inbound Sales & Marketing Executive.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with some early marketing experience who also genuinely enjoys speaking with customers. You might currently work in a junior marketing, customer service, sales support or similarly public-facing role. What matters is that you understand elements of digital marketing, are confident on the phone and want to develop your career across both sales and marketing.

You’ll join a young, friendly and rapidly growing business that works with some exceptionally well-known organisations and delivers projects at high-profile locations and events across the UK.

The Role

Sitting at the heart of the sales and marketing team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective customers. You’ll manage inbound enquiries across phone, email and digital channels, asking the right questions to understand what each customer needs before qualifying the opportunity and handing it over to the sales team.

This isn’t a high-volume cold-calling position. It’s about building rapport, listening carefully and helping customers who are already interested but may need some guidance. You’ll receive comprehensive product training and ongoing support from a highly experienced team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Alongside managing inbound leads, you’ll gain broad exposure to digital marketing. You’ll help deliver targeted email and lead-nurture campaigns, manage website content through the CMS and support the company’s social media activity.

You’ll also maintain customer data within the CRM, monitor campaign engagement and ensure every promising lead receives the right follow-up. There will be opportunities to assist with photography, video creation, customer case studies, presentations and event management, giving you plenty of variety and exposure across the wider marketing mix.

The wider marketing team will shape the strategy and campaign messaging, while you’ll play an important role in bringing campaigns to life. As the business continues to grow, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into a more specialist sales or marketing position.
