We’re Hiring for Inbound Sales Representative (Remote, UK)
EcoCare Pest Management is growing fast and we’re looking for a proactive, organised Inbound Sales Representative to keep our operations running smoothly and help us hit our booking & revenue targets.

Role Details
- Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative
- Location: Fully remote (must be UK-based)
- Type: Full-time
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am to 6pm plus one Saturday a month (10am to 6pm)
- IT Requirement: You must have reliable high-speed internet and your own laptop/desktop computer

You’ll be the key link between customers, technicians, and management. Your day-to-day will include managing technician schedules and diaries in Jobber CRM, handling inbound customer enquiries, following up leads, booking jobs, tracking performance, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle invoices, quotes, payments, and basic marketing admin (lead tracking, offers, social scheduling)
- Manage customer records, follow up quotes, rebook visits, and handle rescheduling
- Optimise technician routes and schedules using Jobber CRM and HubSpot
- Produce monthly KPI reports and support monthly booking/revenue targets
- Confirm bookings, assign jobs correctly, and update status in real time
- Track technician productivity, revenue per job, and customer feedback
- Act as first point of contact for phone and email enquiries
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business administration, scheduling, or operations coordination (ideally in a service/trade business)
- Pest control, cleaning, or property maintenance background is a plus (not essential)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service mindset and professional phone/email manner
- Experience with Jobber (or similar field service CRM) is a big advantage
- Able to work independently and remotely while hitting team KPIs
- Confident communicator – excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
