Join our Inbound Services Team and help keep thousands of UK businesses connected through essential 0800 and 03 number services. You’ll support customers with technical queries, urgent service changes and complex call-routing issues, helping to protect service when it matters most.

What you’ll do:
- Diagnose and resolve faults affecting inbound numbers, portal access and call reporting.
- Configure customer accounts, permissions and complex call-routing profiles.
- Use systems including CCE, Inbound Architect, Oracle, CSS, OPS and ServiceNow.
- Support urgent requests and major incidents affecting critical customers.
- Keep customers and internal stakeholders clearly informed through to resolution.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Confident, professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
- The ability to work accurately across several systems and prioritise urgent issues.
- Experience in telecoms, technical support or a customer service environment is desirable.
