About Limitless Agency

Limitless Agency helps digital marketing agency owners build businesses that scale and sell. We coach founders through a proven acquisition system and build the assets that help them get there. We've worked with hundreds of agency owners and helped many reach six-figure monthly revenue.

This role is the front door of our sales team. You'll protect our closers' time by making sure only qualified, ready prospects reach their calendars while keeping the pipeline moving across both inbound and outbound opportunities.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, performance-driven Business Development Representative / Setter to join our sales team full-time. Your primary responsibility will be inbound lead triage and qualification. You'll respond quickly to new opportunities, run real qualification conversations, determine whether prospects are a strong fit, and schedule qualified leads directly onto our closers' calendars.

You'll also own outbound activity when you're not covering inbound — reactivating older opportunities, following up with inactive leads, and prospecting for new business.

This is a high-performance sales environment where speed, communication, follow-up, and results matter.

If you're competitive, organized, confident speaking with business owners, and motivated by uncapped earning potential, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and move them to the appropriate next step.
  • Run real qualification conversations to determine fit before a prospect reaches a closer.
  • Schedule qualified prospects directly onto the sales closers' calendars.
  • Keep closers' calendars clean by removing unqualified or disengaged prospects.
  • Book, confirm, and manage appointments to maintain strong show rates.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with every appointment you set.
  • Engage prospects through calls, texts, DMs, and other relevant channels.
  • Work inactive and previously engaged leads to generate new opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting when not covering inbound opportunities.
  • Handle objections and clearly articulate the value of Limitless Agency.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and prospect information.
  • Work closely with the closing team to ensure strong handoffs and qualified appointments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
