THE ROLE

As Inbound Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for managing Gymshark's inbound freight operations, ensuring products arrive into our distribution network on time, at the right cost, and with maximum efficiency. Working closely with suppliers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders, you'll oversee everything from freight performance and capacity planning to new route implementation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the heart of our global supply chain operation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing relationships and contracts with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
  • Ensuring on-time product delivery into our distribution centres across all transport modes.
  • Supporting new product launches by monitoring inbound delivery performance and mitigating risks.
  • Partnering with Commercial, Production, and Supply Chain teams to align capacity and delivery plans with business demand.
  • Establishing and optimising international freight routes and warehouse delivery networks.
  • Monitoring inbound supply chain KPIs and driving improvements in performance, cost, and service.
  • Providing freight cost analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Managing volume forecasting across freight and distribution operations.
  • Staying ahead of changes in customs, trade agreements, and global logistics requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase speed to market, and enhance supply chain resilience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
