Inbound Team Lead

Native Teams is a global platform for work payments and employment. Beyond managing payroll, compliance, and taxes, we integrate financial tools to maximise the value of every work payment, worldwide.

We are expanding our global team and looking for an Inbound Team Lead to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field of Sales in a successful, fast-growing global start-up?

As the Inbound Team Lead at Native Teams, you will lead and develop our team of Inbound Sales Managers. You will be accountable for how quickly and effectively the team converts inbound demand into revenue, while coaching each person to perform at a higher level. You'll own the inbound sales process from first response to close, make sure leads are routed, qualified, and worked consistently, and partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to improve lead quality and conversion across the funnel.

Location: Hybrid
Salary Range: Flexible

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inbound Sales Managers.
  • Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews, giving clear and actionable feedback.
  • Support onboarding and ramp of new hires, and build individual development plans.
  • Contribute to hiring by interviewing candidates and helping define what good looks like for the role.

Inbound Process & Conversion Performance

  • Own the inbound sales process end to end, including lead routing, response SLAs, qualification standards, and follow-up cadences.
  • Set response-time, conversion, and revenue targets for the team, and track performance against them.
  • Monitor lead distribution and team capacity so high-intent leads are never left waiting.
  • Identify drop-off points across the funnel and act on them with changes to process, messaging, or qualification.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
