About The Role
As an Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor in Loughborough, you will handle calls from customers who have already expressed interest via the website. Your role involves understanding their requirements, suggesting appropriate products and services, and assisting them through the purchase process with professionalism. This full-time position offers a salary of £14.50 per hour on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The working pattern includes rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday, with one weekend shift every fortnight from 09:00 to 17:30. Key skills needed include strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and confidence in recommending technology solutions.

In this role, you'll speak with customers who have already shown an interest by visiting the website. You'll identify their needs, recommend the most suitable products and services, and guide them through the purchasing process with confidence and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their individual needs.
- Recommend suitable technology products, services, and solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options.
- Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase.
- Process payments and support customers with credit applications and finance plans.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Accurately update customer information across multiple systems.
