About The Role
Based in Loughborough, this full-time Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor - Mobiles role suits confident communicators who can handle customer calls and convert enquiries into upgrades. Working Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30, with every second Saturday, the advisor explores each caller's needs through effective listening and questioning, then recommends suitable products from the available range. Strong communication, persuasion, and upselling skills are essential, alongside keeping product knowledge current. Two weeks of training is provided. Pay is £12.77 per hour, with uncapped commission paid on top of the base salary, giving genuine earning potential for those who perform well.

Inbound Sales Advisor - Mobiles
My client is looking for confident communicators who are able to receive inbound calls from customers and offer upgrade services to mobile services. You will be expected to convert these calls into sales using effective listening and questioning techniques, utilising the portfolio of deals available.
Days
- Monday to Friday
Hours
- 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
- Every 2nd Saturday 09:00-17:30
Training
- 2 Weeks training is provided.
Commission
- Commission is paid on top of base salary.
Role Responsibilities Will Include
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Explore customer needs and offer a suitable product
- Effectively proposing the benefits of products or services
- Effectively questioning customers to highlight upselling opportunities
- Having up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of current promotions available
- Achieving and exceeding the range of sales KPI's set, such as sales volume, call conversion, additional products
