About this role

PwC is seeking an experienced professional to join its Employee Share Plan team. Applicants from accounting, tax, legal, or actuarial backgrounds are encouraged. The role involves designing and implementing employee incentive schemes for listed and private businesses, with a focus on tax-led solutions. Experience with EMI, CSOPs, growth shares, EBTs, and EOTs is highly valued.

What your days will look like

  • Design and implement compliant employee incentive schemes, advising on the structuring and ongoing management of plans such as EMI, CSOPs, EBTs, and EOTs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tax-efficient solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives, supported by robust analysis and due diligence.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to present recommendations, secure buy-in, and ensure successful delivery of incentive proposals.
  • Monitor legislative and market developments while mentoring junior team members and supporting continuous professional development.

This role is for you If

  • Proven experience in a professional services or relevant industry role, ideally focused on employee incentives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, client relationships, and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, manage, and collaborate with teams at all levels.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning and quality delivery.
