Chesterfield College are seeking an Inclusion Coordinator to join a passionate and highly effective team who will support curriculum teams with their duties under the SEND Code of Practice.

- Are you an experienced SEND professional, with a passion for disability inclusion in post 16 education?
- Do you have experience of leading on EHCP reviews, supporting with EHCP consultations and working in line with High Needs funding?
- Are you able to write high quality and easily interpreted support plans for a range of disabilities?
- Do you have line management and team coordination experience?
- Are you confident with time management and administration, including the use of IT packages and college management information systems, such as EBS, reports, Pastoral, OneDrive and excel?
