Inclusion House is an exciting digital initiative that aims to become a central hub of information and guidance for local communities. With several sections already developed and further expansion planned, this role will play a key part in ensuring content is engaging, consistent, accessible and aligned with the overall vision of the platform.

Working closely with the platform's project lead and a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing, editing and maintaining content, ensuring a high-quality user experience across the site.

  • Maintain and organise content across the Inclusion House platform.
  • Edit and upload videos, presentations, graphics and other digital content provided by stakeholders.
  • Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accessibility and consistency of messaging.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the platform's branding and visual identity.
  • Work closely with project leads and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organisational objectives.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks on all content before publication.
  • Ensure all material meets agreed standards, branding guidelines and content criteria.
  • Assist with workforce development, content and resource management across the platform.
  • Monitor content updates and ensure information remains accurate and relevant.
  • Liaise with contributors to coordinate content submissions and approvals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
