Are you passionate about ensuring every learner has the support and opportunity they need to succeed?
We’re looking for two experienced Inclusion Leads to lead and develop inclusive practice across The Colleges’ Partnership, with a particular focus on learners with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), additional learning needs, and those who may be disadvantaged or vulnerable.
This is a specialist role combining direct learner support with organisation-wide influence. You’ll oversee the identification and monitoring of learners requiring additional support, develop targeted interventions, and work with delivery teams to embed inclusive practice throughout the learner journey. You’ll also act as our specialist lead for SpLD, providing advice, training, and practical support to colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation and development of our Inclusion Strategy
- Acting as the organisation’s specialist lead for SpLD
- Overseeing the identification, monitoring, and support of learners with additional needs or other disadvantages
- Conducting SpLD screening and assessments within professional competence
- Developing learner support plans and advising on reasonable adjustments
- Monitoring achievement gaps and implementing targeted interventions to improve learner outcomes
- Training and coaching delivery staff in inclusive teaching, SpLD, reasonable adjustments, and early identification of support needs
- Analysing learner data to identify trends, risks, and the impact of support
- Working with curriculum teams, employers, awarding organisations, and external agencies to coordinate effective support
- Contributing to quality improvement, self-assessment, and external assurance activity

What you’ll bring:
- A Level 5 qualification in Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)
- A teaching, training, or assessor qualification
- Experience supporting learners with SpLD and additional learning needs
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, the Equality Act 2010, and reasonable adjustments
- Experience managing learner support caseloads and implementing targeted interventions
- Confidence delivering staff training, coaching, and CPD
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience within apprenticeships, FE, or work-based learning would be an advantage

- Salary of £36,916
- Remote working (with travel to sites as required)
